Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.  

**Due to COVID-19, returns may take 1-2 weeks to process. Note the tracking number on your return label. Returns are only processed once the tracking confirms that the package has arrived at our facility.**

Are returns free?

U.S. customers are offered a free shipping label for any returns. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

What items are returnable?

  • Full-priced items purchased in the last 30 days. If a promo code was used, returns are based on that promotion's terms and conditions.
  • Items must have original tags and sanitation liners attached.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items that are worn, washed, dirty or soiled.
  • Dippin’ Daisy’s reserves the right to decide whether or not a product has been soiled. If we do declare an item as soiled, the order will not be given a refund or store credit and we cannot send back the item—legally, we have to damage out soiled items.
